Passive gymnastics
Tone your muscles and combat sagging!

Passive gymnastics is a technique used in medicine that works through electrostimulation.
This means that it generates electrical impulses, which generate muscle contraction. In this way, a physical training is simulated, with which, after several sessions, the tissue is strengthened and the fluids retained in it are eliminated.

Each stimulation session lasts 30 to 45 minutes and is applied to different areas. These may include the buttocks, hips, abdomen, legs and arms. After each part receives contractions for a period, muscle toning and firming occurs. Thus, it acts simultaneously completely in the tissue that is stimulated.

Doing passive gymnastics brings several benefits:
-
Increases muscle tone, burns fat and combats flaccidity.
-
Rehabilitate inactive zones. That is, it removes the muscles and prevents them from atrophying after being inactive for a long time.
-
Improves and promotes blood and lymphatic circulation.
-
Prevents rheumatism, since it has anti-inflammatory effects. In addition, it combats ligament stiffness and lack of flexibility in muscles.
-
It soothes muscle pain, relieves the symptom of heavy legs, helps avoid cramps and provides relaxation massages.

We can say that passive gymnastics emerges as a comfortable alternative to physical training. But, also as a complement to a balanced diet and regular physical exercise.
