Jet Lag Active
or Sleep
After a long-haul or transoceanic flight, the person's internal clock tends to prevail over that of the new time zone. This imbalance causes a disorder known as jet lag or time zone syndrome.
The sleep cycle must adapt to the new schedule in a short time, which can cause certain discomforts in the traveler:
-
General fatigue and tiredness.
-
Drowsiness during the day.
-
Difficulty falling asleep at night.
-
Headache.
-
Lack of concentration, decreased physical and intellectual performance.
-
Irritability, anxiety.
-
Lack of appetite, feeling of fullness.
The Jet Lag serum, both day and night, helps the body adapt to the new time zone and eliminate the discomfort caused by the trip.
